The Carinthia Tropen is a lightweight sleeping bag with a very small pack size and minimal weight. Its great feature is its vapor permeability, which is very important for hot and humid tropical nights. The Shelltrans shell lays loosely on the inside structure and provides an extra layer of insulation. This construction provides warmth on cool, foggy nights. In warm weather, the bottom of the two-way zipper can be unzipped for ventilation. The hood features a mosquito net that can be folded back through the flap if needed (the mosquito net is in the front of the bag and stored behind the flap), a small zipper.
