● Flexibility and maneuverability: The Sam Splint splint has an aluminum core that can be bent and shaped to create the desired shape to immobilize the injured bone or joint. It easily adapts to different shapes and sizes of the patient's body;
● Versatility: The 36-inch (approximately 91 cm) size provides enough length to immobilize most types of fractures, including arms, legs, hips, collarbones, etc. The splint can also be shortened or bent for smaller sizes;
● Ease of use: Sam Splint is easy to use and does not require any special skills or tools. It can be easily customized and secured in place using support materials such as patches or bandages;
● C-CurveTM technology. Designed to form layers of foam and aluminum into structural arcs that are strong enough for pre- or post- cast care while remaining lighter and easier to transport than traditional splints that use heavy, rigid materials. Bend it back into its original shape to stow away in a backpack, or reshape it for a different injury;
● Compactness. When folded, it takes up minimal space and is lightweight, so it will be easy to carry.
