The NAR "Supplemental IFAK Resupply Kit (SIRK) US Army Gen 2" is a compact and durable kit that contains all the necessary supplies to treat major combat injuries, preventing combat death. It is packaged in a transparent, vacuum-sealed bag that allows for easy viewing of the contents and protects it from external influences. The kit is designed to fit into a BDU pocket or a standard IFAK pouch. If desired, the contents can be removed from the vacuum pack to replenish an existing IFAK.
